The 1st July sees the implementation of the new Crown Land Management Act and as Local Government play an increasing role in managing Crown Land it’s imperative that there is a comprehensive understanding of the roles and responsibilities through this transition process.
Parks and Leisure Australia NSW/ACT invite you to attend a one day seminar and interactive workshop providing a high level overview of the upcoming changes to the Crown Land Management Act along with an afternoon interactive workshop on the development and preparation of the Plans of Management.

Carl is a Public land specialist who has significant demonstrated experience with over 20 years in a range of public land strategic and operational policy, planning, development and management. This experience has involved State agencies and local government, different industries and diverse communities.
Principal – Parkland Planners
Sandy Hoy, the Director of Parkland Planners, has over 20 years’ experience in open space and recreation planning, community engagement, land management and environmental assessment primarily for local and State government. Sandy’s experience and qualifications in applied physical and human geography, and in urban and regional planning, enable her to understand and seek a balance between development, the needs of local communities, and the natural environment.
